Project Manager

This is a leadership role suited to an experienced Project Manager who thrives on accountability, enjoys building client relationships and can successfully lead multidisciplinary teams through complex project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from award through to commissioning and final handover
• Own project budgets, schedules, forecasts, risks and commercial performance
• Develop and execute project delivery strategies
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
• Lead cross-functional engineering, procurement and manufacturing teams
• Manage variations, claims, contract compliance and commercial negotiations
• Drive project profitability while maintaining safety and quality standards

About You

• Degree qualified in Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years' project management experience within engineering, mining, oil & gas, industrial or manufacturing environments
• Strong commercial, contractual and financial management capability
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary project teams
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build strong client relationships
