Role Description

This role provides administrative support across ATEC’s VET in Schools (VETiS) programs, working closely with the Schools Supervisor, trainers and partnering schools.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the administration of VETiS programs from pre-enrolment through to completion
• Processing enrolments, VETRO referrals and UAN requirements
• Maintaining student records, results and attendance within VETtrak
• Liaising with trainers, school VET Coordinators and other stakeholders
• Supporting course documentation, certification and general Student Administration activities

Applicants must have: 

• Previous administration experience 
• Attention to detail
• Computer literacy 
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to provide great customer service 

Salary & Benefits

$33.65 per hour

12% superannuation

17.5% annual leave loading

Location: Ottoway Campus, 275 Grand Junction Road, Ottoway, SA

The role will be 24 hours/week with the capacity to increase hours during peak periods.

Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check and satisfactory pre-employment health assessment results.
