The Opportunity

As a Contract Administrator, you'll play a critical role in driving the commercial success of our projects. Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers and Site Teams, you'll help manage risk, maximise value and ensure projects are delivered commercially and operationally in line with expectations.

Success in this role will see you:

• Drive subcontract procurement activities, including trade scoping, tendering and contract execution.
• Manage subcontractor claims, variations and payment assessments, ensuring commercial outcomes are achieved.
• Support project forecasting, cost control and financial reporting to maintain strong project performance.
• Identify, assess and manage contractual and commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner with project delivery teams to provide commercial guidance and contribute to successful project outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

We're looking for commercially minded professionals who enjoy solving problems, building strong relationships and contributing to the successful delivery of complex projects.

You'll ideally bring:

• A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Construction Law or a related discipline.
• A minimum of three years' experience working on commercial building projects as either a Contract Administrator or Quantity Surveyor.
• Sound understanding of contract administration, procurement, project cost control and financial management principles.
• Strong numerical, analytical and commercial acumen, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to build productive relationships across project teams and stakeholders.
• A positive mindset, willingness to learn and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding project outcomes.
