What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and support a mining maintenance crew in a fast-paced site environment.

• Promote safe work practices and maintain a strong safety culture across the team.

• Coordinate people, equipment and resources to deliver breakdown support, diagnostics and preventative maintenance.

• Drive maintenance performance by ensuring schedules, priorities and KPIs are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

• Work closely with clients, operations and internal stakeholders to support site and organisational targets.

• Provide hands-on leadership, coaching and mentoring to build capability and team performance.

You’ll Succeed in This Role If

You are a hands-on leader who builds trust quickly, makes sound decisions and supports your team to perform at their best.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Leading Hand, with the confidence to lead from the front and set clear standards for your team.

• A relevant trade qualification.

• Strong knowledge of heavy earthmoving mobile maintenance, including reliability, diagnostics, repairs and safety requirements.

• A proactive leadership style, with the ability to coach, mentor and develop others.

• A valid driver’s licence.

• Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical, or willingness to obtain them.
