Johnny Fox’s is Perth’s best Irish pub — home to live music, pints of perfectly poured Guinness, hearty roasts, and good craic every night of the week. We’re the kind of place where you come for one pint and end up staying for the tunes, the banter, and the people.

We’re now looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our leadership team in Northbridge. You’ll be the heartbeat of the venue — supporting the Venue Manager in day-to-day operations, leading by example, and making sure every guest leaves with a smile (and maybe a story or two).

About the Role

As a Duty Manager at Johnny Fox’s, you’ll:

• Oversee the venue during service and ensure smooth daily operations

• Lead and motivate the FOH team through busy nights and big events

• Handle cash ups and general administration as required

• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and compliance

• Support with training, mentoring, and onboarding new staff

• Bring energy, professionalism, and genuine Irish hospitality to every shift

What We’re Looking For

• Previous management or senior FOH experience in a busy venue

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• A current Approved Manager’s Card and WA RSA Certificate

• Availability across weekends and nights

• A passion for hospitality and a knack for creating a welcoming atmosphere
