Client Support

The Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients — resolving support issues, guiding them on our platform, and helping them get the most out of their trading journey. This role is hands-on and proactive, with a strong focus on building relationships, solving problems, and identifying opportunities to add value.

What You’ll Do

• Support and guide clients using Trade View X.
  
• Resolve tickets and client queries quickly and professionally.
  
• Keep clients engaged with regular calls and check-ins.
  
• Maintain detailed CRM notes and follow-ups.
  
• Identify opportunities to upsell and refer to the sales team.
  
• Contribute to content and community (videos, profiles, events).
