Part Time Medical Receptionist

DMC Medical Centre is a well established and progressive general practice in Drummoyne. We are seeking a friendly, caring, and diligent medical receptionist to work with our fantastic reception team, to assist in patient care and supporting our practitioners, patients, and community. You will work with our dynamic team, ensuring exceptional customer service and a smooth patient journey, and complete general administrative tasks. 

The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic and quick thinking team player who is considered a “people person” and is dedicated to ensuring consistenly excellent care for all patients. You must also enjoy customer service and thrive in a dynamic work place culture.

The position

Part Time Medical Receptionist

The hours of this position are Monday 2pm - 7pm, Tuesday 2pm - 7.30pm, and Wednesday 2pm - 7.30pm. You must be available for all of these hours to be considered for this position.

Essential Criteria

• Customer service and administration experience

• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

• Reliable, energetic, well presented and professional at all times

• Quick learner with a "can do" attitude, and excellent team working skills

• Excellent communicator who is fluent and very clearly spoken and written in English, with a warm and professional phone manner

• A clear committment to a long term role at our practice

• A wonderful team player who is keen to be part of an excellent workplace culture

Desirable Criteria

• Medical reception experience

• Pracsoft and Medical Director or Best Practice experience

• Preference will be given to applicants that reside in Drummoyne or surrounding areas
