Inventory Planner

About the role

We're looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Inventory Coordinator to support demand planning, supplier communication and inventory management across a portfolio of international leading brands in the consumer electronics category, consisting of wearable health and fitness trackers and cameras.

Key responsibilities

• Forecasting and inventory planning across multiple brands

• Raise and manage purchase orders and supplier communications

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment

• Analyse sales to support ordering levels

• Observe trends via inventory data, due to promotional activity and outside influences

• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth product flow and delivery

• Maintain accurate product, pricing, and stock data within internal systems

• Assist with reporting, claims, product launches, and retailer submissions

• Support day-to-day operational and administrative requirements across assigned brands

About you

• Previous experience in inventory, forecasting and administration, with a willingness to learn

• Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset

• Competent in Excel, with the skills to learn new systems and reporting tools

• Strong communication and relationship management skills

• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach
