MFVSA aims become Australia's leading specialist service delivery organisation focused on multi-session and place-based interventions for men who use family violence. MFVSA  is positioned to deliver high-quality, evidence-informed services that support safer outcomes for victim survivors, families and communities.

Recruitment for an independent Board Chair and Chief Executive Officer is currently underway, with additional leadership and operational roles to be advertised in the coming weeks. Independent operations are expected to commence on or around 1 October 2026, subject to funding body approvals.  About the role

Role Type: Permanent, Full-time

Classification: SCHADS Level 6.3

Location: Hybrid or remote

The Manager, ICT and Data leads MFVSA’s technology, cybersecurity and data function, with support from the ICT and Data Officer. Reporting to the General Manager, Corporate Services, the role is responsible for ensuring MFVSA’s ICT systems are secure, reliable and aligned with organisational priorities, while strengthening data governance, reporting and analytics to support evidence-based decision-making.

This role will suit a highly skilled ICT and data professional who can combine technical leadership with practical, hands-on problem solving. You will oversee infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, telephony, contact centre platforms, remote workforce support, data quality and reporting, while working with internal teams, vendors and the ICT and Data Officer to deliver resilient systems and actionable insights.

About you

You will be an adaptable, self-motivated and collaborative ICT and data leader with strong technical capability, sound judgement and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will bring expertise across ICT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data governance, reporting and digital transformation, with the ability to support secure, confidential and uninterrupted service delivery.

• Experience developing and implementing ICT strategies, governance frameworks, policies and controls aligned with organisational objectives.
• Strong capability in infrastructure, systems, telephony, contact centre platforms, remote workforce support, ICT service delivery, asset management and user access controls.
• Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity, risk management, disaster recovery, business continuity, Essential Eight uplift and ICT incident response.
• Experience establishing data governance frameworks, maintaining data quality and delivering accurate funder, contractual and organisational reporting.
• Ability to lead digital transformation, manage vendor relationships and supervise or provide technical guidance to ICT, data or administrative support staff.
