We are a professional, patient-focused ophthalmology practice with clinics in Mosman and Kingswood. Our team prides itself on providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming and supportive environment.

💼 The Role

This is a part-time position (3 days per week) working across both our Mosman and Kingswood clinics. Flexibility to travel between both locations is an essential requirement.

You'll be trained in both reception and clinical duties, including:

• Welcoming patients and providing exceptional customer service

• Answering phones and scheduling appointments

• Coordinating surgery bookings

• Performing ophthalmic screening and specialised diagnostic eye scans

• Preparing patients for consultations and procedures

• Assisting doctors with minor in-room procedures

• Supporting patient education, practice marketing, and other administrative tasks

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.

• Ability to work across both our Mosman and Kingswood clinics

• Reliable transport and willingness to travel between clinics

Previous reception, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is highly regarded but not essential.
