The Role

We're looking for a sharp, driven, and trustworthy Solar Sales Representative to join our growing national team. This is a high-impact role where you'll work with warm, qualified leads and guide homeowners through tailored electrification packages — including solar panels, battery storage, air conditioning, and heat pumps — matched to their home, lifestyle, and budget.

What You'll Do

• Engage with qualified, inbound leads — no cold calling

• Understand each customer's energy usage, home setup, and goals

• Design and present tailored packages across solar, batteries, air conditioning, and heat pumps

• Quote, close, and follow up on sales using our proven systems and tools

• Stay informed on federal and state rebate and incentive programs

• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and consistently hit monthly targets

• Represent eHomes with confidence, integrity, and genuine care for customers

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience — home services, energy, or trade-adjacent industries preferred but not essential

• Confident communicator with genuine people skills and the ability to build trust quickly

• Self-motivated and results-focused with a strong work ethic

• Comfortable learning quoting tools and CRM platforms

What You'll Get

• Base salary + performance bonuses (OTE $120,000–$180,000+)
