Digital Programs Outreach Officer

Role Details
The Digital Programs Outreach Officer is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering digital literacy programs that improve digital confidence and inclusion across South Australia, particularly in regional and remote communities. The role supports the delivery of the Being Digital program through outreach, training, resource development, stakeholder engagement and project coordination. Working closely with library staff, volunteers, councils and community partners, the position helps identify local needs, build capability, and ensure digital learning opportunities are accessible, inclusive and responsive to community priorities. The role also contributes to program evaluation, reporting and continuous improvement to support the ongoing success and growth of digital literacy initiatives.
