Fabulous opportunity to join a high performing People & Safety team and help deliver a seamless, high-quality employee experience across the full people lifecycle.

We’re looking for a capable and proactive People Services Support professional on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, providing practical HR support and working across people processes, systems, compliance and employee lifecycle activities.

Sitting between a Coordinator and Advisor level, you’ll work with a good degree of independence across day-to-day People Services activities, while knowing when to escalate complex, sensitive or higher-risk matters.

As a key member of the People Advisory and Systems team, you’ll be a trusted first point of contact for HR queries and provide practical, timely support to employees, leaders, contractors, candidates and People team members.

You’ll support a broad range of activities, including:

• Responding to queries through the HR inbox and other service channels, triage requests, provide practical guidance and resolve or escalate matters within agreed service expectations.

• Processing   onboarding, job and contract changes, mobility, offboarding and associated documentation, ensuring approvals, evidence and data are complete and accurate.

• Maintaining high-quality employee, position and organisational data, complete transactions, validations and spot checks, employee compliance, troubleshoot routine system issues and support accurate reporting.

• Building effective relationships across People & Safety, People Partners, Centres of Expertise, Digital teams, leaders, employees, contractors, candidates and delivery partners.

• Contributing to People projects, system improvements and process changes, including testing, readiness activities, process mapping, communications and implementation

You’ll bring strong HR operations experience and a practical, service-focused approach. You’re comfortable working independently, managing competing priorities and making sound decisions within established processes and governance.

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience in a People Services, HR operations, HR advisory or similar environment.

• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR administration.

• Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and compliance.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests while meeting service expectations and SLAs.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• A collaborative approach and willingness to share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement.
