People Support Coordinator

Are you a highly organised HR professional who thrives on compliance, systems, and delivering exceptional employee support? Do you enjoy being the go-to person who keeps processes running smoothly while ensuring every detail is accurate and compliant?
We're looking for a People Support Coordinator to join our People Team based out of our Carrington office in NSW. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting employees and leaders across the organisation, while helping us maintain best-practice HR compliance, systems administration, and employee lifecycle processes.
What You'll Be DoingBe the first point of contact for HR support and enquiries.Manage HR compliance activities, including probity and audit requirements.Maintain employee records and HR systems with a high level of accuracy.Generate employment contracts, letters, and employment documentation.Support onboarding and employee lifecycle administration.Coordinate compliance reporting and maintain compliance registers.Partner with leaders and employees to deliver timely and professional HR support.

What You'll BringCertificate III in Human Resources (or equivalent qualification).Experience building and maintaining positive relationships with managers and stakeholders.Strong understanding of HR administration and employment lifecycle processes.Experience working with HRIS platforms and people systems.Knowledge of employment legislation, awards, and compliance requirements.Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.Ability to manage competing priorities while delivering outstanding customer service.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
