Project Marketing Executive

As a result, we’re looking for a Project Marketing Executive to join our Brisbane head office.

You’ll become the operational link between our Project teams and StudioX – our in-house creative agency. This is a newly created role that exists to support the delivery of an expanding portfolio of residential developments and ensure every campaign is executed seamlessly from concept through to launch.

This isn’t a traditional marketing coordinator position. It’s a role for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play an integral part in delivering some of Queensland’s most significant residential projects.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll own the coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple residential developments, ensuring projects move efficiently from strategy through to execution.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Act as the central point of coordination between the Project teams and StudioX.
• Translate project objectives into clear creative briefs and campaign deliverables.
• Manage campaign timelines, approvals and production across multiple residential developments.
• Coordinate the delivery of digital, print, social, signage, display suite and campaign collateral.
• Plan and deliver project launch events, display suite openings and other on-site activations.
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to keep campaigns on track.
• Maintain project information across Monday.com campaign boards, project trackers and marketing schedules.
• Manage marketing asset libraries, databases and CRM records, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.
• Monitor project marketing budgets, invoices and expenditure against approved budgets.
• Support campaign reporting, market research and continuous improvement of marketing processes.

About You

You’ll be someone who naturally takes ownership, communicates confidently and enjoys working across multiple stakeholders and projects.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Previous experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Project Marketing Coordinator or Campaign Coordinator role.
• Experience within the residential property, project marketing, real estate or development industry is essential.
• A commercial mindset, with an interest in market trends, buyer behaviour and the marketing channels driving the strongest campaign performance.
• Outstanding organisational and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confidence working across multiple projects simultaneously without losing sight of quality.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues before they arise.

Experience with project management platforms, CRM systems (Monday.com preferred) and Adobe Creative Suite will be highly regarded but your ability to coordinate people, projects and outcomes is what matters most.
