Senior Client Services Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Client Services Administrator to join our highly supportive, collaborative team and become a vital part of the MURO family.

As Senior Client Services Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our Clients as well as our team of Accountants and Bookkeepers.

Your Key Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): 

• Client Onboarding/Offboarding 

• ASIC & Corporate Compliance Administration 

• Liaising with the ATO for Payment Plans, Remissions and other client/company matters 

• Client Services & Administration 

Preferred Qualifications & Skills: 

• Minimum 2-3+ years of experience in a client services role in an Australian Accounting Practice

• Proficiency in Xero, XPM, CAS360, ATO Portal 

• Strong experience with ASIC corporate compliance and company maintenance

• Works well to deadlines with strong attention to detail and prioritisation. 

• Highly organised. 

• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team. 

• Professional “Can do” Attitude. 

• Ability to build relationships.
