The role...

Come join MAX Training in Launceston and be part of the team helping change our student's lives for the better!

In this role you will be responsible for supporting students through all stages of their training journey, from enquiries/enrolments to their completion.

• Taking enquiries from potentials students and referral agencies,
• Processing of enrolments,
• Enrolment amendments
• Completions

About you...

• Minimum of two years working in an Administration and customer service role

• Ideally experience using Student and Learning Management Systems

• A positive can do attitude Willingness to grow and expand

• A pro-active approach to problem-solving by streamlining processes

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

• Sound understanding of Microsoft Office suite

• Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia in addition to a current Working with Children Card is required.
