Studio Manager — The Yard Gym, Newstead

The Yard Gym Newstead is looking for a Studio Manager to own our lead-to-member journey and daily operations. This role suits someone who connects easily with people, performs under KPI accountability, and wants their results directly reflected in what they earn.

The opportunity: You’ll manage the full trial member journey — from first inquiry through to conversion — while overseeing day-to-day front-of-house operations. It’s a role with real accountability and real upside for performance.

What you’ll be doing:

• Converting leads and trial members into long-term members

• Overseeing daily front-of-house operations and coordinating the team

• Maintaining an organised, CRM-driven pipeline with consistent follow-up

• Representing the brand professionally in every interaction

What you bring:

• A background in the fitness industry — group fitness or personal training experience preferred

• A track record of hitting sales targets in a KPI-driven environment

• Experience working with CRM and Studio management systems — Mindbody experience highly regarded

• Strong communication and people skills

• Solid organisational habits and ownership over your work
