Sesame Lane are a family owned and operated group of Early Learning Services that have been proudly supporting the Moreton Bay Community for over 31 years.  We are excited to announce a new opportunity to join one of our Northlakes services as an integral part of the senior rooms.

The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and inspiring Early Childhood Educator who is passionate about early education and would like join a fun and energetic team who are passionate about honouring children, their environment, nature play and JOY!.  Paid training and certifications available and you will be supported by our Educational Leader and Management team.

Your skills and qualifications should include:

• A Growth Mindset,

• A love of learning,

• Ability in developing and maintaining positive relationships with children families and colleagues,

• Suitable qualifications for the role, or a willingness to obtain them,

• Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards and the QKLG,

• Current Working With Children's Check - Blue Card,

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• A sense of fun and willingness to think outside the box.

• An ability to support online learning journey tools (eg Storypark).

• Passion for implementing sustainable practices.
