Moonee Ponds Boutique

The Jewellery Sales Consultant plays an integral role in ensuring the timely delivery of all custom-made and remodel projects, the Jewellery Sales Consultant reports to the Director and Boutique Manager on all retail operations functions. Some of the day-to-day duties of the role include:

• Building and nurturing client relationships

• Contribute to Sales and KPI objectives

• Efficiently managing custom-made and remodel projects

• Facilitating repairs and providing after-sales service

• Liaising with the jeweller, designer and partners to process orders

Due to internal promotion and growth of the business, we are looking for an additional sales consultant to become a part of the Micheli team

About you

The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for jewellery, outstanding customer service, great time management skills and availability to work weekends. Experience in jewellery sales is highly regarded, however, is not essential as full training is provided. The most desirable skill will be your ability to demonstrate enthusiasm to learn and work collaboratively with all Micheli team members.
