About the Role
As a Sales & Membership Officer, you will be at the heart of our customer experience — supporting membership growth, delivering exceptional service, and helping our community stay active and connected.

You’ll be responsible for engaging with customers, managing memberships, and promoting our services, all while ensuring a seamless and positive experience from first enquiry through to ongoing membership.

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver outstanding customer service across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions 
• Support membership sales, enquiries, and retention activities 
• Conduct facility tours and onboard new members 
• Maintain accurate member records and databases 
• Assist with promotions, events, and marketing initiatives 
• Manage inbox enquiries and follow-up communications 
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and service targets
