Position Summary: 

• Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and assist with the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations

• Answer guest questions regarding all beverage related items including but not limited to origin, vintage and style of various wines.

• Serve and connect with guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience.

• Understand guest requirements, delivering service excellence with each guest experience  

• Assist with the bar operational tasks if required

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings

• Greet and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner.

• Polish cutlery and other items to maintain cleanliness and quality.

• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, and report maintenance or safety issues promptly

• Ensure prompt, accurate service with high standards of presentation.

• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, housekeeping, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Take and process food and beverage orders, offer recommendations, and address guest inquiries or concerns.

About You: 

• An up-to-date Victorian RSA 

• Relevant experience in a similar role 

• Wine Knowledge

• Ability to prepare essential cocktails

• Working rights in Australia 

• Proficient in English and confident in delivering storylines to guest 

• Enthusiastic to escalate your career

• Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
