We are now looking for a talented and enthusiastic Commis Chef  to join our team and bring our vision to life.

• Prepare and cook meals to order with attention to quality, presentation, and efficiency

• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and ordering of kitchen supplies

• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment in line with food safety standards

• Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service

• Contribute ideas and energy to help grow the café’s reputation

• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a café, deli, or similar setting

• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast paced environment

• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

• Excellent time management and multitasking skills

• Willingness to work flexible roster, including early morning, weekends and public holiday as required

• Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery (preferred but not essential)

• Creative freedom to help shape the menu and food offering
