Logistics Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join a Medical Device manufacturing business in Alexandria. Supporting the Warehouse Manager, this role is responsible to assist in leading the logistic team in all aspects of receiving, dispatch and day to day operations of the warehouse.

Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm$85,000 per year, plus super$1800 Annual Private Health AllowanceASAP startFull working rights

Responsibilities

Review forecasts and historical usage for inventory orderingCreate purchase ordersAnalyse levels to maintain optimal stock levels, no stock-outsLiaise with global distribution centre to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.Ensure orders are receipted and processedCoordinate stock take/cycle count managementReplenish stock holdings for logistics and productionLiaise with the internal finance accounts team for invoice receiptCredit returned stock processed and returned to the global distribution centre.Support Logistic function (including Receiving, Packing and Distributing)

Qualifications And Skills Required

Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain highly valued2-3+ year's experience with inventory control, ordering (supply and demand)Knowledge and operational experience in exposure to different supply chain areasExperience in dealing and working with overseas factories and international freight providersIntermediate level in Microsoft Excel
