Senior Sous Chef

An award winning, busy venue in a premium Nedlands location. Little Way is open 6 days a week, serving breakfast & lunch (Tuesday to Sunday) and dinner (Friday to Saturday). The kitchen transforms seamlessly throughout the day from a café, to restaurant to high-end wine bar delivered in a beautiful, contemporary and welcoming setting. We have various function spaces, both indoor and outdoors. Functions are our thing and we hold functions every weekend. 

These positions will be offered on a full-time basis.

The successful applicant should possess the following attributes:

• At least 5 year experience working as a Senior Chef in a fast paced environment.

• Experience working on larder, pans & grill, and ability to efficiently manage the pass.

• Background in ordering and supplier management.

• Ability to oversee and manage a team of chefs.

• Function experience will be highly regarded.

• Some nights and weekend availability is required.

• Calm under pressure and super reliable.
