About the Role

We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on sales role where you'll spend time on the phone, on the road and in front of customers, building relationships and helping clients achieve better business outcomes through our range of solutions.

This role is about more than selling. You'll become the voice of the customer within our business, working closely with product and leadership teams to provide market feedback, identify opportunities and help shape the future direction of our offerings. We value input from the people closest to our customers and encourage ownership, initiative and fresh ideas.

In this role, you will:

• Build and manage relationships with new and existing customers.
• Make outbound calls and consistently generate new business opportunities.
• Spend time in the field meeting customers and developing your territory.
• Understand customer challenges, goals and pain points through effective discovery.
• Manage opportunities from first contact through to close.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve activity and revenue targets.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
• Provide market feedback and customer insights that help shape future product development.
• Take ownership of your personal growth, development and results.

About You

You don't need years of sales experience to be successful in this role. What matters most is your attitude, resilience and willingness to learn.

You will ideally be:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail or other customer-facing roles is advantageous, but not essential.
