Synergie is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join a well-established manufacturing client located at Pt Adelaide. This is an opportunity to join a respected leader within the steel industry, known for high-quality production, innovation, and a strong focus on safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
• Support production processes in line with daily requirements
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
• Assist in maintaining a clean and efficient work environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating manufacturing or production machinery
• Experience within steel or heavy industry highly regarded
• Strong focus on safety and quality outcomes
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Reliability and willingness to work in a fast-paced setting
• Must be willing to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening

Working Hours:

• Day Shift: 5:50am – 2:00pm (Mon–Thu), 5:50am – 12:00pm (Fri)
• Afternoon Shift: 1:50pm - 10:00pm, (Mon-Thu), 12:00pm - 6:00pm (Fri)
• Possible Overtime available, Saturdays

Pay Rate:

• Day Shift: $40.17 per hour (casual)
• Afternoon Shift: $46.19 per hour (casual)
• Overtime paid at penalty rates
