As Branch Manager, you’ll take overall responsibility for the successful operation of your branch, ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience from their first interaction through to post-purchase.

Lead & Inspire

You’ll lead, coach and inspire a high-performing branch team, creating a positive, accountable and customer-focused culture where people are empowered to succeed. You’ll attract and retain great people, set clear expectations, recognise and develop talent, and provide the support and coaching needed to help everyone reach their potential. Most importantly, you’ll lead by example, building trust, inspiring ownership and creating a team that takes pride in delivering exceptional results and experiences for our customers.

Drive Operational Excellence

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day branch operation, creating an environment where everything runs smoothly, efficiently and to the highest standards. From fleet management and vehicle bookings to branch maintenance, compliance, safety and security, you’ll ensure every detail is managed with care and consistency. You’ll continuously look for smarter ways of working, simplifying processes, embracing change and turning opportunities into improvements. By championing the Travvia, JUCY and Star RV brands and leading with energy and accountability, you’ll inspire your team to raise the bar and deliver operational excellence every day.

Champion Customer Experience

You’ll put the customer at the heart of everything you do, building a culture where every decision is guided by the desire to create exceptional experiences. You’ll champion the customer journey from start to finish, using feedback and NPS insights to identify opportunities, solve challenges and continually raise the bar. When issues arise, you’ll lead with empathy, confidence and sound judgement to find fair and effective solutions. You’ll also celebrate great customer outcomes and share best practice, inspiring your team to consistently deliver experiences that keep customers coming back.

Drive Commercial Performance

You’ll take ownership of the branch’s commercial performance, driving revenue and profitability while ensuring budgets and expenditure are managed effectively. You’ll set ambitious but achievable sales and profit targets, inspire your team to deliver against them, and identify new opportunities to grow the business. By staying close to customer insights, market trends and local opportunities, you’ll turn ideas into action and help the branch reach its full potential. You’ll also ensure strong financial discipline through accurate reporting, banking, cash handling and reconciliations, giving you a clear view of performance and supporting confident decision-making.

Build Strong Relationships

You’ll build strong, trusted relationships across Travvia and with our customers, suppliers and partners, creating connections that help the branch thrive. You’ll communicate with confidence and clarity, bringing people together around shared goals and ensuring everyone feels informed and valued. Whether navigating challenging conversations or resolving complex issues, you’ll lead with professionalism, empathy and sound judgement. By collaborating closely with other branches and teams, you’ll share ideas, celebrate successes and turn collective knowledge into better ways of working and stronger performance.

What You’ll Bring to the Trip

Essential

• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Strong people leadership and performance management skills
• Proven track record delivering exceptional customer service
• Experience managing operations, change and continuous improvement
• Strong commercial acumen, including budgets, revenue and expenditure
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong planning, organisation and attention to detail
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with CRM, reporting systems and Microsoft Excel

Desirable

• Experience in fleet management, vehicle operations or workshop environments

• Knowledge of vehicle compliance requirements

• Experience managing workshop operations and improving workshop efficiency

• Experience working within tourism, mobility, automotive or a similar customer-focused industry

• Tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline
