As our business continues to grow, we're seeking an experienced Parts & Inventory Manager to lead our Parts department and take ownership of one of the company's most critical assets - our inventory.

This is far more than a traditional inventory role. You'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day performance of the Parts function, ensuring exceptional service delivery, driving inventory performance and profitability, and supporting our Service, Sales and Production teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Parts & Inventory Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the Parts department across NSW and VIC.

Leading a small team, you will balance strategic planning with hands-on operational leadership to ensure the right parts are available at the right time, while optimising inventory investment, strengthening supplier relationships and improving operational efficiency.

Working closely with the Finance team, you'll also ensure strong inventory governance, stock integrity and effective working capital management.

 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Parts department, ensuring efficient support for our Service, Sales and Production teams

• Take ownership of inventory accuracy, stock availability and purchasing across NSW and VIC

• Optimise inventory investment, stock turns and supplier performance while minimising obsolete stock

• Lead, coach and develop the Parts team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational performance

• Drive Parts department profitability through effective inventory management, pricing, purchasing and process improvements

• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and business outcomes.

• Foster a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture

• Maintain high service levels for both internal and external customers

• Strengthen systems, processes and reporting to support business growth, operational excellence and continuous improvement. 

About You

You'll bring:

• Experience leading a Parts, Inventory or Supply Chain function within an automotive, industrial or equipment environment

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer service, operational performance and profitability

• Proven leadership skills and experience developing high-performing teams

• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience using ERP/DMS systems and Microsoft Excel

• A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for continuous improvement.

This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Head Office in Campbelltown, NSW.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm.
