Female Disability Support Worker

We’re looking for a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Female Disability Support Worker to join our team.

About the Role

• Shifts ranging from 3–6 hours
• Primarily community access support, including social outings, appointments, shopping, and recreational activities
• Some assistance with daily living, tailored to the participant’s individual needs
• Opportunity to build meaningful, supportive relationships while promoting independence and choice

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience working in the disability sector is essential
• Female support worker (this is a genuine occupational requirement)
• Compassionate, patient, and person-centred approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Current driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) if required
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
