Customer Service & Administration Officer (Plumbing)

About the role

We’re looking for a reliable and organised Customer Service & Administration officer to join our plumbing office in Springvale.

This is a busy, hands-on role where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and help keep our jobs and plumbers running smoothly day to day.

If you’re good on the phone, can stay organised under pressure, and don’t mind a fast-paced environment, this will suit you.

What you’ll be doing

• Answering incoming calls and booking in plumbing jobs

• Calling back website enquiries and following up new leads

• Responding to emails and customer enquiries throughout the day

• Creating and managing job cards with clear details for the plumbers

• Scheduling and updating daily jobs as things change

• Tracking technician start and finish times

• Speaking with plumbers during the day to keep jobs on track

• Assisting other office staff where needed

• General admin tasks (data entry, filing, invoicing support, etc.)

What we’re looking for

• Experience in reception, customer service, or admin (trade industry experience a bonus)

• Confident on the phone and able to deal with all types of customers

• Able to stay organised and handle multiple jobs at once

• Good attention to detail (especially when creating job cards)

• Basic computer skills (emails, job systems, Microsoft Office)

• Someone reliable, punctual, and easy to get along with
