We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our high-performing Property Management team in our Sunshine Coast office. This is your opportunity to work with a collaborative, industry-leading team while managing a diverse and high-quality commercial portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee the end-to-end management of a commercial property portfolio, ensuring optimal asset performance Build strong relationships with owners, tenants, and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor Manage all leasing activity including renewals, rent reviews, compliance, and documentation Prepare insightful monthly reports for property owners Monitor financial performance, including budgets, payments, and arrears management

Proven experience in commercial or industrial property management Ability to manage multiple priorities and client expectations in a fast-paced environment A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Relevant Certificate of Registration and knowledge of the local market
