We’re seeking a driven and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our high-performing Canberra team, managing a premium commercial portfolio for a major institutional client.

This is a standout opportunity to take ownership of two A grade CBD assets, where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional performance, strengthening client relationships, and enhancing tenant experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee the end-to-end management of the portfolio, ensuring optimal asset performanceBuild strong relationships with owners, tenants, and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisorManage all leasing activity including renewals, rent reviews, compliance, and documentationPrepare insightful monthly reports for property ownersMonitor financial performance, including budgets, payments, and arrears managementCollaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless property and building services
