I Security Solutions Pty Ltd I SECURITY SOLUTIONS PTY LTD is seeking an experienced and motivated ICT Business Analyst to join our growing team at our Essendon, Victoria office. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's technology-enabled business operations by analysing business processes, identifying system requirements, and implementing ICT solutions that support the delivery of professional security services.

The successful candidate will work closely with management, operational staff and external technology providers to evaluate business requirements, improve operational efficiency, support digital transformation initiatives, and ensure that ICT systems effectively meet the evolving needs of the business. Work within a collaborative and professional team Positive workplace culture focused on innovation, quality and continuous improvement Task & responsibilities Consult with management and key stakeholders to analyse business operations and identify opportunities to improve organisational efficiency through ICT solutions. Gather, document and evaluate business requirements for new and existing information systems supporting security operations. Analyse existing business processes and workflows and recommend system improvements to enhance operational performance.

Prepare business requirements specifications, functional specifications and process documentation for ICT projects. Liaise with software vendors, developers and external ICT service providers during the design, implementation and enhancement of business systems. Evaluate and recommend improvements to workforce scheduling, rostering, incident reporting, client management, payroll integration and operational reporting systems.

Assist in implementing integrated digital solutions that support the delivery of security services across corporate, retail, construction, industrial and event environments. Conduct business process mapping, gap analysis and feasibility assessments for proposed ICT initiatives. Develop user documentation, business procedures and training materials for newly implemented systems.

Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for ongoing optimisation and continuous improvement. Analyse operational and business data to support management reporting and strategic decision-making. Assist with change management activities and provide support during the implementation of new ICT solutions.

Ensure ICT solutions comply with organisational policies, operational requirements and relevant regulatory obligations. Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to support the successful delivery of business and technology projects. Qualification & experience A minimum of three years of relevant full-time work experience as an ICT Business Analyst, or equivalent part-time experience.

A Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Information Systems or a related field is preferred. Demonstrated experience analysing business processes and translating business requirements into practical ICT solutions. Experience preparing functional specifications, process documentation and business analysis reports.

Sound understanding of business process improvement methodologies and systems implementation. Experience working with enterprise software, reporting systems and business applications.   Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a broad range of stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced business environment. Reliable, proactive and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
