These exciting opportunities are based in our Melbourne office, established in 1989 by renowned National Directors, Damian Kininmonth and Neal Ellis.
 

The administration position offers the opportunity to work in our CBD office with a great team of people as a property valuation booking officer.

Essential skills:

- Assisting with enquiries and booking of property inspections
- Collection and analysis of leasing and sales evidence
- Assisting with report writing and submissions
- Providing support to the overall office
- Use of internal and industry wide valuation systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of computer proficiency and data analysis
- A Federal Police Clearance

A positive and mature outlook is necessary for dealing with our clients with a can do proactive attitude is required to work within our professional environment. An ability to work under pressure, attention to details and meet tight timeframes is essential.
