What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our kitchen management team, you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality food across our corporate catering division.

Your Responsibilities

• Create & develop seasonal corporate catering menus including buffets & individual meals with a focus on variety, flavour & dietary requirements

• Preparing and cooking high-quality corporate catering menus

• Leading day-to-day kitchen operations for the corporate catering team juggling various orders leaving the kitchen at the same time

• Liaising with our operations team to ensure you have delivery drivers ready to drop your food to our clients

• Managing food preparation and production schedules for the corporate catering team

• Ensuring all food is delivered to Blonde Butler standards

• Packing and coordinating catering orders for delivery to clients

• Ordering ingredients and liaising with suppliers

• Maintaining food safety and kitchen cleanliness

• Working closely with our operations and events teams to deliver an exceptional client experience

About You

We're looking for someone who brings energy, leadership and a passion for hospitality with very strong organisational skills

Ideally You Will Have

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Chef with experience in management, menu development & corporate catering

• Previous experience in catering, events, hotels or high-volume food production

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Excellent understanding of food safety and kitchen operations

• Ability to lead by example and work autonomously

• High attention to detail and pride in presentation

• A positive attitude and team-first approach

• Australian working rights

• Current driver's licence (preferred but not essential)
