Practice Manager Physio Clinic Bundoora

An Amazing opportunity exists for an enthusiastic, dynamic and forward thinker who enjoys working in a vibrant growing Physiotherapy practice with all its systems and procedures in place.  We are looking for the right person to lead our reception staff and undertake the following duties:

• Reception duties - meeting and greeting of patients, payments etc

• Rostering of reception staff to meet practice needs

• Leading and developing a team of two/three other receptionists

• Banking and accounts

Experience in an Allied Health/Medical environment is favourable and the applicant should live in the Bundoora Area.  All current and aspiring front of staffs/receptionists are encouraged to apply – we want to meet you!

The role is 18 hours per week spread over 3 days, but we are looking for someone flexible who can do more hours as needed to cover annual leave, personal leave etc.
