Our client is a leading Australian specialist services organisation, recognised for delivering premium, highly specialised care across a national network of large-scale, 24/7 operating sites. Reporting to the CEO, the COO will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the organisation's next phase of growth. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will contribute to strategic direction while leading the operational execution required to support a national and increasingly complex network. The COO will be responsible for driving performance across a complex multi-site environment, ensuring alignment, accountability and consistency. Leading a broad team in a 24/7 setting, you will work closely with the executive team and operational leaders to enhance capability, embed scalable ways of working and create a high-performing culture. Success in the role will require a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, together with the ability to engage and influence a broad range of stakeholders across the organisation.
You will bring a proven track record of leading complex multi-site operations and building high-performing teams within service-led organisations. You will be a visible, influential leader with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, the ability to build credibility across diverse groups. Experience leading through growth will be highly regarded.
