What You’ll Be Doing

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Preparing quotations and following up opportunities
• Processing customer orders, invoices and delivery documentation
• Coordinating with production to confirm specifications and delivery schedules
• Tracking orders through to completion and dispatch
• Building strong relationships with customers across Australia
• Maintaining accurate sales and customer records
• Assisting with general sales administration and customer support activities

About You

You enjoy working with people, take pride in delivering excellent service and have a proactive approach to getting things done.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Previous experience in internal sales, customer service or sales support
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• Confidence using Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience within manufacturing, industrial, automotive or trade-related industries (highly regarded)
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn technical products
