Sales Team Leader (Outbound Call Centre)

We're building a new phone sales team at Ackwire Energy and need an experienced Solar Sales Team Leader to run it. You'll own the floor day-to-day, coaching, targets and performance.

We're a close-knit, driven team that likes to have fun while we work hard, and we're looking for a leader who'll bring that same energy to the floor every day

What you'll do

• Lead, coach and motivate a team of outbound sales reps

• Own daily/weekly performance targets and report on team results

• Run floor huddles, call coaching and 1:1s

• Identify and help recruit strong phone-sales talent

• Work closely with leadership to refine scripts, offers and process as the team grows

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Team Leader / Sales Manager in a call centre or outbound phone sales environment

• Solar/energy industry sales experience essential

• A track record of hitting and exceeding team targets

• Strong coaching instincts — you build people up, not just numbers

• Comfortable in a fast-moving, scaling environment
