Inside Sales Representative – Education & Early Learning

Winslow Education is a fast-growing Australian supplier of Art & Craft materials, operating two specialist brands, Digby and Marmadukes, supplying schools and early learning centres nationwide. With a strong growth trajectory and an expanding national footprint, this is an exciting time to join the business.

We are building out a new inside sales function to help schools and childcare centres get set up and ordering with us, and we're looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our small, growing team.

About the Role

Reporting to our Inside Sales Team Leader, you will work by phone and email to support schools and childcare centres and help grow the business.

Day to day, this looks like answering questions, troubleshooting blockers, sending catalogues and product suggestions, and following up warm and cold opportunities logged in Salesforce. You'll work closely with your Team Leader and use Salesforce to manage and track your pipeline of opportunities.

About You

You are approachable and customer-focused, with a genuine interest in helping people get set up and get moving rather than a hard-closing sales style. You will ideally bring some experience in inside sales, telesales, customer service, or a similar phone/email-based role — full training will be provided, so we're just as interested in your attitude and work ethic as your background.

You will also bring:

• A helpful, solutions-focused approach to guiding customers through activation and onboarding

• Confidence and warmth on the phone, with the ability to build quick rapport

• Comfort making a high volume of calls and customer contacts each day without losing energy or enthusiasm

• Willingness to learn and work from a CRM (Salesforce experience is a bonus, not essential)

• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a mixed pipeline of tasks

• Resilience and a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• A team-oriented approach and willingness to learn
