Detailed Job DescriptionExperienced Cyara Automation Tester to support the testing and validation of enterprise Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in using Cyara Velocity, Pulse, and Cruncher to automate customer journey testing across voice, IVR, digital, and omnichannel customer service environments.The role will work closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure high-quality customer experiences across contact center technologies and integrations.Minimum Years of Experience: 5+ Years of experienceCertifications Needed: None Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and executeInteract with Implementation / Support teamsProvide test strategy, test plan, test cases, and execute testsActivities compatible with the skill set of a test lead under the direction of the project manager.
