About the role

We're looking for an organised, customer-obsessed and energetic Conference & Event Sales Manager to help bring extraordinary events to life. This role is all about creating exceptional experiences, managing the flawless execution of events, while building strong client relationships and working closely with our Sales, Operations, Food & Beverage and Technical teams to deliver memorable outcomes every time.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning, organisation and execution of distributor and corporate events, conferences, film festivals, private screenings and special functions.
• Work closely with the Operations, Food & Beverage, Technical and HQ Sales teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Prepare event orders, run sheets, contracts and client communications, ensuring all event details are accurate and clearly communicated.
• Conduct site inspections and guide clients through the venue's unique event offerings to create tailored event solutions.
• Oversee events on-site and act as the key point of contact to ensure every experience is delivered to the highest standard.
• Maintain strong client relationships before, during and after events, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Manage event administration, invoicing, booking systems and reporting requirements.

What you'll bring

• Experience in conferences, events, hospitality, venue management or customer-focused operational roles is desirable.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and memorable events.
• Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple events and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to adapt quickly when priorities change.
• Strong administration and computer skills with the ability to manage event bookings and reporting systems.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of how great customer experiences create repeat business and long-term partnerships.
