The opportunity
An excellent opportunity is available for an Associate or Senior Associate to join a high-performing Insurance Recoveries team in Melbourne.

You will manage a varied portfolio of litigated and unlitigated motor vehicle and property damage recovery matters, working closely with experienced senior practitioners and insurance clients.

Your practice will include:

• Motor vehicle and property damage recoveries
• Litigated and unlitigated claims
• Negotiated settlements
• Strategic and commercial advice
• Court and dispute-related work
• Direct client relationship management

This is a great opportunity for an Associate looking to step up or a Senior Associate seeking greater autonomy, client exposure and long-term development.

About you
You will ideally have:

• 3+ years’ post-admission experience
• Insurance litigation, recoveries or broader litigation experience
• Motor vehicle or property damage recoveries experience highly regarded
• Strong drafting, negotiation and file-management skills
• Confidence managing multiple matters autonomously
• Strong commercial awareness and client communication skills
• A collaborative approach and genuine interest in developing your insurance practice
