You'll work closely with customers to develop practical repayment solutions and help them regain control of their finances.

What you'll be doing

As a Collections Officer, you will:

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and SMS regarding outstanding accounts.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional and empathetic communication.
• Negotiate sustainable payments that work for both customers and the business.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and responsible collections practices.

Previous experience in collections, contact centres, banking, finance, or customer service is highly regarded, but not essential. We value attitude, drive, and a willingness to learn.
