The role

You will work with the Head of Finance and Accounts Officer across the day-to-day finance function.

This role includes capturing and entering data, supporting reconciliations, and contributing to accurate and timely financial reporting. You’ll also spend time improving how things are done, whether that’s tightening processes, cleaning up data flows or helping put better structure around existing systems.

There’s a mix of routine work and gradual improvement. You don’t need to redesign everything, but success in this role requires a natural inclination toward making things clearer and more consistent over time.

About you

You have a sound understanding of accounting principles and are comfortable working through detail.

You’re reliable, organised, and tend to follow things through properly. You don’t mind working things out for yourself, but you’ll ask questions when something doesn’t make sense.

You’re completing or have recently completed your studies and looking to build experience across a broad finance function.

With a commercial demonstration plant operating and projects underway, the company is moving into a more delivery-focused phase. That shift brings a need for stronger financial processes and more structured reporting.
