The Role

We are now seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to also join our team.  

The role will involve using a broad range of skills:

• CNC programming

• Ability to set up and operate a CNC lathe

• Tool Selection & Calibration

• Material knowledge

• Precision measurement skills

• Technical working knowledge of the features and benefits of Hydraulic Seals

• How to process a work order

• Capable of producing high quality, custom-made products 

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate must be able to 'hit the ground running' and willing to actively play a key role in the HSA Sydney branch team.

You will have a passion for your trade, be honest and hardworking and committed to producing high standard of work using quality material. You will also show attention to detail and have the ability to work autonomously.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous CNC machinist experience. Preferably with a relevant trade qualification.

• Effective communication skills

• Determination to achieve positive outcomes

• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to work as part of team

• A positive ‘can do’ attitude and strong work ethic

• Be driven to achieving a long-term successful career.

• Previous industry experience
