Systems Analyst - Digital

The Opportunity

Based in our Camberwell Support Office and reporting to the Head of Product - Customer Systems, the Systems Analyst - Digital plays a key role in analysing and developing the digital platforms that power our online channels and support our in-store customer experience.

As part of our Customer Systems Technology team, you'll help ensure our customer-facing platforms are fit for purpose, future-ready and aligned to our vision of delivering seamless and engaging experiences to our customers. This is a full-time permanent opportunity for a Technology professional who enjoys driving continuous improvement and turning business needs into practical technology solutions.

In this role, you’ll bring experience connecting and working with platforms such as Klaviyo, Talon One, Shopify & Mobile Apps and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where innovation and customer outcomes are at the heart of everything we do.

Working as part of a high-performing team, your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating user requirements and current systems and providing an assessment on feasibility, effort, risks and solution options.
• Contributing to solution designs and development including building system integrations, data models and system architecture.
• Support testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) ensuring bugs / defects are addressed, and quality standards are met before deployment.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, process documentation, and user training materials.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to improve quality and performance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and effective digital solutions that support business objectives.

Joining our dedicated and highly regarded team, you'll bring a blend of technical expertise, business analysis capability and a passion for delivering great customer experiences through technology.

You'll have:

• Proven experience (4+ years) working with customer-facing technologies, including Klaviyo, Talon One, Shopify & Mobile Apps.
• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• Experience in a Retail environment is highly regarded.
• Demonstrated experience in API testing (postman), SQL queries, system integration (preferably Boomi), and basic coding or scripting.
• A sound understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and ways of working.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
• A curious mindset, a collaborative approach, and a genuine enthusiasm for using technology to make things work better.
