We are based in Eagle Farm and are looking for a reliable, hands-on Aluminium Saw Cutter to join our factory team.

About the role

We are looking for someone who takes pride in accuracy and wants to be an important part of keeping our factory running efficiently.

Your main responsibility will be cutting aluminium accurately and efficiently to cutting lists, ready for our fabrication team.

Your day will include:

• Operating aluminium saws and cutting equipment

• Accurately cutting aluminium to specified sizes

• Reading and following v6 cutting lists and job requirements

• Checking measurements and quantities before cutting

• Identifying and reporting any discrepancies or material issues

• Labelling and organising cut aluminium for the fabrication team

• Keeping the saw area clean, safe and organised

• Assisting with general factory duties when required

• Working closely with the factory and office teams to keep jobs moving

• Following company quality and safety procedures

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience operating a saw in a manufacturing environment

• Aluminium window fabrication experience is highly regarded

• Can accurately read measurements and cutting lists

• Has a strong eye for detail and takes pride in accuracy

• Is reliable, punctual and committed to their work

• Is physically fit and comfortable handling lengths of aluminium

• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced factory environment

• Has good communication skills

• Works well as part of a team

• Is willing to learn and take direction

• Takes pride in keeping their work area clean and organised

• Has a good attitude and a sense of humour

Don't have aluminium fabrication experience but have the right attitude and manufacturing experience?
We're happy to train the right person.

• $85,000 – $100,000 + super, depending on experience
