What You’ll Be Doing (End-to-End Ownership)

As our Settlements Officer, you’ll manage the settlements function from approval through to payout and delivery. You’ll be trusted to run the process confidently and independently while working closely with brokers and lenders.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Full ownership of asset finance settlements across a high-volume, fast-paced pipeline

• Managing and processing settlements for commercial asset finance transactions (equipment, trucks, vehicles, machinery)

• Preparing, reviewing, and confirming all settlement documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy

• Liaising with lenders, suppliers, and clients to meet conditions and deadlines

• Coordinating payouts, invoices, and delivery requirements in line with lender and client expectations

• Maintaining clean, accurate CRM records and settlement tracking

• Anticipating issues before they arise and proactively solving them

• Being the settlements specialist, the broker team can rely on you to steer the deal to the finish line

What We’re Looking For

We’re specifically looking for someone with proven experience in asset finance settlements. You’ve done this before, you know the lender requirements, and you’re comfortable driving the process without needing hand-holding.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Strong experience in commercial asset finance settlements (bonus but not essential)

• Background in settlements, loan administration, or brokerage operations

• Deep understanding of settlement workflows, lender conditions, PPSR, supplier payments, and compliance

• Exceptional attention to detail — you catch what others miss

• Confidence in managing multiple deals, deadlines, and stakeholders at once

• Clear, professional communication with clients and lenders

• A calm, solutions-first mindset in a fast-moving environment

• Good CRM and systems confidence (or the ability to learn quickly)
